Great customer service. I shopped here last weekend and the young man Ben was genuinely friendly. My elderly mum was looking for some warm socks and he was most helpful. He didn't rush her, showed what was available and offered advice. It was the first time we had been to the store and will certainly be back should we need any more winter woollies.nThank you, Ben.

Thank you to Draz who helped my husband and myself today, nothing was too much trouble, he was knowledgeable patient and was very helpful in the choosing of our two rain jackets and another warm jacket for my husband, he also had a sense of humour and was fun. We will certainly return and hope to see Draz in your lovely new Midland shop.
