Recently purchased carpet for one bedroom in a unit. Pricing and follow up from head office was good.nHowever person who quoted failed to note that skirting boards in place would need to be removed prior to laying. This only came to light when installer arrived at the job.nWe solved that and carpet was laid.nWent back to the shop and discussed with the manager Ji who could not have been more helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. Ji went out of his way to help and gave us a rug by way of apology fore the issues we experienced. What could have been a bad experience caused by 1 employees problem turned into and ok one with great after sales service in rectifying the problem.
Have now carpeted 6 houses between my daughter and me. Excellent
