From the time that we first visited the store to speak to a sales person to the time of installing our new heater the entire process has been smooth and without issues. The salesperson was very helpful, Lessa was very happy answering any questions and they were all very patient while we found the perfect hearth that we wanted. When it came time to installation the tradesmen were very efficient and had a good eye for details. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
