Have been fast and responsive when ordering. Staff were also very patient with the children in front whi were incredibly annoying trying to figure out between the 5 if them what they could afford. It was frustratingly slow for them to order but the staff didn't lose their cool.
Incompetent manager who tends to hire cheap and disrespectful employees who cannot even comprehend with the customer's order and service.nnInexperienced employees are legitimate brain dead. Constantly hands out the incorrect order we desperately requested, the terrific workers there are very forgetful, sometime they calculate the price wrong by charging you 1.5x of the amount, and few of the employees are underage working there.nnIf you are willing to complain about the fact that they got your order wrong. Your local typical KFC Melville employee wouldn't understand a word you said and they will just hung up the phone due to their low intelligence quotient.
Got spicy crispy skin chicken on Tuesday night, it was delicious, best ever for over a year. Has the manager left? Hope so!
If you are going to run out of a staple like The Colonel Classic Receipe Chicken - PUT a giant sign before you enter the drive-thru stating the fact. Not that I find out at the speaker box and have to wait 15 minutes for the 10 cars in front to drive off.
Small chicken and not always super fresh, mearly warm food.
