I highly recommend this place. My son had 4 cavities and previous dentistry recommended treatment in hospital under total anesthetic, because he wasn't very comfortable in the chair.nDr Maryam from Cherrygum made him feel very comfortable and happy so we were able to do the treatment under local anesthetic on multiple visits. My son was always happy to go back. The whole team make us feel very welcome and was very helpful. Thank you!

My kids have been coming to Cherry gum Dental for years and they love it more and more every time! Both Dentists are very professional and great with kids. Amy at reception welcomes you with a friendly and bright smile every visit. As a business owner myself, every business needs a receptionist like her she is a credit to the practice. First time at the dentist for my almost 4 year old. Great experience with interactive kids area and Dr Troy was gentle and patient in his manner. Will definitely recommend!

This is the fourth visit and the first three were nice and professional. The environment was great for kids. The lady dentist was very friendly.nnHowever, for this visit, issues start from booking. They have completely lost my registration form which I filled at first visit and didn't fill any form for visit 2 or 3 last year. I had to scan in the invoice from last time to id myself with them and they still couldn't find my son's detail.nnAfter the dentist checks my son's tooth found cavities in 2 spots, he said because of the depth they need to be an x-ray. My son felt uncomfortable with the Intraoral Phosphor Plates which I think should be one size smaller for kids as it requires a kid to bite tight to hold in position. For a 4yo kid, it feels very uncomfortable to have something that big in the mouth and keep closed. something with an attachment to hold that plate would be a much better way to have it done. When I complain about the size and hardness of that plate, he said this was the smallest they have and suggested not many 4yo have cavities that are deep enough to need an x-ray.nnAnd when we both gave up on trying to x-ray my son, he asked about how we brush my son's teeth and which type of toothpaste we used. I said the ones that your dentist gave us last time. But trust me he doesn't even know which brand of toothpaste he's staff was giving away.nnHe then said he has to refer us to a kids' specialist to put my son into sleep and do the x-ray.nnWasn't a pleasant visit, asked the reception why the dentist was with such an attitude, the answer was he's the owner.nnI referred this business to my friend's daughter because was happy with the first few visits. But my friend got exactly the same experience.nnMaybe stay away from that male dentist if you have a young kid.nHe seems to be very professional on what's he's doing and could be good with older kids but definitely wouldn't recommend if your kids are young.
