We called into Carpet Call to browse through some rugs and although we had measurements, we had no idea of how they would look on our “blank canvass” Kerry came up with some ideas for us after we showed her some internal photos of the rooms and she showed a lot of patience. We made our decision and haven’t regretted it. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend Carpet Call Mandurah and Kerry, her product knowledge is second to none. She even delivered our 2 new rugs to our new home.nThank you so much.

Worst experience start to finish. Painful to get anyone to communicate efficiently and have anything organised well enough to not require following up 2-3 times to get to a point where things could move forward/be arranged.nTake your money and time elsewhere - will save you so much messing about and you’ll be treated as more than just a money sign.

Ordered my laminate flooring 5 weeks ago.nPaid 1000$ deposit and delivery set for the week after.At the day when it was supposed to be delivered I go to the shop and no floor was delivered.So I lost a full long weekend for the installation. They tell me the next Monday the floor would be delivered and ready to pick up.nI allow few extra days and go to pick up the floor and still no trace of it because apparently the truck broke down...they tell me the next Tuesday it would be at the shop .On Tuesday I call to make sure the floor has arrived and they tell me that the flooring has to be paid in full before it leaves the warehouse??!?? Shocked and upset I pay the remaining 1600$ . They tell me the next Friday the floor will be delivered to my house for the inconvenience .Friday no floor was delivered so on Saturday I go make some enquiries and apparently they blame the delivery driver for being unreliable ....They tell me this time the floor will arrive on Monday...It's now Wednesday and no one calls me so I call to check and they tell me the flooring has arrived and ready to pick up?????worse customer service ever experienced from a big franchise .

Kerry brought out rugs for us to see exactly what worked best in our timber floored lounge, helped us find a style that suited perfectly then organised a match for our dining room. Great product and very helpful service.
