Darrens customer service was fantastic from the moment I walked through the door , he was friendly polite and helpful, said I could take the samples home to make a decision and arranged a measure & quote promptly.(I was about to give up that day after going to 5 other stores most of whom didn't even acknowledge me)nHe also had a better colour range in store as I wanted purple carpet.nThe guys who came and laid the carpet were fast efficient and friendly.nOverall I could not be happier with the service and the final product.nI would definitely recommend to others looking at new flooring !
Darren and his team were extremely professional and efficient in installing carpet into our house. The quality and workmanship was of very high standard. They were very easy to work with throughout the process and communication was excellent.
