I would like to thank Lauren from the Meat Dept at Whitfords!!! Lauren always has a smile and provides outstanding Customer Service. Lauren is Friendly, efficient, a hard worker and knows her products. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Just got home and rang the store because we bought potatoes but were charged for sweet potatoes. No worries I said ... I gave some feedback that while we were at the checkout the person put our pumpkin through as a rock melon. The guy said it's there first week on the job. What a pitiful excuse! The checkout person does not know their fruit and vegetables SO train them! And check that they do know before you put them on a checkout.

Had everything I needed then some that I'd forgotten to put on my list. Sometimes but not always you can go to the service counter at the front of the store and request somethings that they may not stock on theirs shelves, but may be able to in for you.....if your lucky. I have had this happen over the years and have been so unbelievably grateful.

Sara and the young lady that delivered my online order tonight after the delivery driver let them and me down, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Exceptional customer service. Woolworths, it's employees like this you need to take care of. I'm so impressed with their work ethic and commitment to your customers. They are worth their weight in gold.
