Always take all my clothes to this store, even if I buy them at another shopping centre. Service is always fantastic and they do an amazing job. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend them to everyone.

The lady showed virtually no interest in providing a service and I had to repeat myself several times because she wasn't paying attention. She also wanted to charge me $95 to bring the bottom of my dress up by about 3cm, nearly the cost of the dress itself. Pretty bad combination of an experience to be honest.

I went there to get dress taken in as was a bit big. The said they would need to take up straps and on the side. They said they needed to take dress up at back as was too long. They said to press it would cost $60. They quoted me $350 all up. The dress only cost $180. Why would I pay a lot more than dress to fix it. At first I thought maybe it was that price as it was a lot of work so I paid it. I then went back and said it was ridiculous and exorbitant amount. I said I want my dress back and my refund. They put refund through but I’m still waiting for refund. Don’t go there you will be extremely ripped off.

Looksmart Whitford is my go-to for all my alteration needs. From trouser shortening to seat cover and net repairs, no job is too small or big with affordable options always presented. I’m so impressed with Sima and her team’s friendly and professional service, I not only recommend her store to friends, I take their garments to her!
