I had the most incredible experience at Lutka! I fell in love with my dress immediately and knew it was the one. Maddie was so lovely, knowledgable and accommodating. She went above and beyond! She tracked down a tiara and earrings that complemented my dress for me to try, and she also happily invited me back to the shop while my dress was on its way so my maid of honour could see it when visiting from Melbourne. I genuinely felt she cared about my experience as a bride and not just selling me a dress. Thank you Maddie!

Could not recommend this store more highly!! After I visted many bridal stores with my daughter, Maddie hands down will give you the best customer service you could hope for. She is will answer any question you have and give the advice you need without feeling like you're being pressured or swayed. Range of gowns is also very impressive! Thank you for a wonderful experience

Can not recommend Lutka Boutqiue and Maddie enough. So many beautiful dresses to choose from and very affordable for the extremely high quality and uniqueness . Cant not explain how many people commented on my dress at my wedding. I was able to get my dream dress in exactly 3 months and it was perfect! Please if you're reading these reviews, do yourself a favour and book in an appointment at Lutka! I went to many other bridal stores while on the hunt for a wedding dress. I thought the dresses at these other stores was of high quality until I went to Lutka. The dresses here are unbelievably beautiful and modern and Maddie has chosen her stock so carefully to cater to everyone's taste. There's no pressure or expectation to make a purchase on your first visit in order to get yourself a deal. The truly remarkable prices make you feel as though you've hit the jackpot. Lutka is on another level to other stores when it comes to quality, price and service! I'm so glad I found this beautiful store.
