nacho is super professional. he has worked on my back for around 8 months after an injury at work. using a dry needling technique he has given me relief i was really happy with. i have also seen Lachlan a few times who was also very helpful. would recommend to anyone needing any sort of physio

I came down to see Ignacio with a recommendation from another running mate, and it was the best thing I did. I was struggling with excruciating knee pain that was stopping me in my tracks when trying to go for a run or HIIT workouts. After about 2 sessions I as back to running about 5km without an issue, and over 6 weeks I was back to running half marathon distance + (21.1km +) Thank you soo much for sorting out my knee issues, I will be back anytime I have a niggle in the future.
