Best Physio I’ve ever had!!! I came here with a lot of chronic pain and stiffness in my lower back and shoulders. Daina takes great care in understanding you and what will work for you. After 3 sessions of dry needling and a few simple exercises I do every day through a brilliant app she uses - I can honestly say my pain and stiffness has reduced by at least 80-90%!!! This place is an absolute Diamond in North Lakes and I will continue to go there 😃 Very very happy client here!! Julia Baker
