I have been visiting Action Physio for various injuries (sports and occupation related) for the past 15 years. My first visit I was it total pain and had been for a week. My physio Claire, worked her magic and I walked out of there a whole lot better than I walked in. I have recommended Claire to my daughter-in-law and once she's been, it would be interesting to see what she has to say. But as for me, I am highly recommending this physio.
