Really great service! Came in to return an item without receipt, sure I was going to be turned away, but the staff were really understanding and helpful and I got my refund :)

This is an okay store as it sells to expensive fancy shoes. What I don't like is that all the shoe are shelved and if you want to try them on you have to take the shoe of the shelve and ask someone who works there and they will will get the shoe size one at a time. This system is bad as many people would like to have the shoe in the box so they can try on and pay in one go.
There is a guy that works at the garden city, booragoon store and he just has the best customer service I usually hate sales people helping me but for some reason I let him choose a few outfits for me went in looking for 1 thing walked out with 3 outfits. He deserves some credit for the job he does ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4f
