Services Australia - Cannington

I arrived to centerlink at 8:54am and was directed down the red line to check in which is totally fine. My mother who is deaf and has no support who had already checked in approached me and the lady next to the person assisting me spoke rudely regarding my mother's presence saying she's already been checked in and she doesn't need help. She then went on to signal for her to go away. I didn't get the name but if this is how customer service works for those who need extra assistance, it is so wrong.

09/10/2020 12:30pm WST. People always say that government employees are bunch of grumpy people. I can honestly say they are totally opposite of what I've heard. Can not fault the whole experience from being greeted by the security, 2 x check in counter employee (asian male and lady at the right end counter think her name is Lily), and the case officer Deborah. All pleasant to deal with, all with big smiles. So, to everyone who will step foot into their building. Just be patient with them, give them space, be nice to them and they will be very nice to you.

The assistant who served me in check in area was very rude and not even willing to listen. She consequently cut off when I was talking. Disgusting customer service.

Terrible experience service reps are extremely rude wish could give them minus rating

It was spacious and the was an abundance of seats, plus it's a good resting place so I'd recommend to come here if you're with your child(ren) or with your elderly. The staff here was very accommodating and friendly, plus there was a few self-service computers so you don't have to wait for a long time. And the place has several parking spaces and is wheelchair accessible, and the bus stop is very near so it's a popular spot for people.
