Today 7/10/2020 I called my Geelong store at 9:54 a lady answered and told me to call back later as they were not open then so I did....... 62 phone calls later in blocks of 10 and the last lot of 42 in a row, NO ONE answered the phone .... I am giving up now it is 4:38 and I am Done !!! VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!

Went in to buy $500 worth of clothing. You would not take cash. I just left the store. The cashier would not accept my money. Incredible. Did not even need change back. Not happy.

Love shopping in store, but NO ONE ever answers the phone. After twenty attempts to ring, 12 or so rings each time, not once was the phone answered. Very frustrating.
