Booked an appointment for my son school clothes . Lucky we did as they were very busy . The lady showing us the clothes was very friendly and nice .nnOnly reason for 3 star is due to the fact that store seems not ready for a big demand before school time .nnLong wait time before the selected clothes reach the counter . Then we noticed the hat which we asked for red was yellow . It was changed .nnGetting home and after writing my son name on two shirts we noticed one is size 2 which we asked for and the other shirt instead of size 2 is size 4 .
This is a busy place with a week to the start of the school year. Staff were pleasant, efficient and courteous.Top tip for avoiding a long wait in queue is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT,through the website. Better signage at entrance is my only suggestion to avoid interruptions and direct appointment holders to wait in queue and they will be called forward at alloted time.
Unfortunately very poor at having what you need. Continual stock supply issues on China. Would help if this was reflected in the online shop
Had a issue with a pair of shorts took them back staff were excellent in exchanging themnfor new pair short wait time A+++++
I have ordered my uniform 9 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. School starts in 7 days and my uniform has to be altered. Even though I have friends who ordered a 2 weeks ago and have they're uniform (we are the same size!)
