Bought a harness online that was such bad quality it was unusable. Went to the store to try to exchange for something higher quality that worked and they refused to let me swap it even though it was never used. Would not shop here again
Just tried to go into the shop. It's 6.20pm on a Saturday. Sign says open but doors are locked. Tried calling but no answer. Get back in the car and see the useless sales girl staring out the door. As I was driving out she opened the door.nnGuess this store doesn't actually want customers or money.

The staff there are great and really helpful and really DTE it makes you feel so welcome
