Finch Margaret River

I hate to post a negative review....I always like to emit positivity but this is without a doubt the worst treatment of a customer I have ever heard of.nMy wife and daughter purchased a lipbalm set for $2. My daughter was not offered a receipt and she popped it in her handbag then they went on their way and continued shopping in Margarets.nA very rude and nasty woman followed them around to a few more shops, watching them like some vigilante pretending to look at goods in these other stores This Finch woman then stopped my wife and daughter and demanded to look in my daughter's handbag!nShe demanded to see a receipt for the purchasef lip balm set she discovered in my daughters hand bag. Her behaviour was absolutely appalling at this point. When told a receipt was not offered she insisted they return to the shop to verify with the shop assistant.nMy wife and daughter returned to Finch with this Finch person and the purchase was verified. All this woman could do was insist that my wife and daughter should understand her point of view....no apology....none.nWhen my wife asked her to apologise for embarrassing my daughter and falsely accusing them of theft she flatly expected my wife and daughter to understand that following them to several shops and giving those owners a nod and a wink was standard practice. I think not.nAs I said....THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.nBeing humble is one of the more endearing qualities I find in people. Finch should learn to say sorry when they wrong people...I can find no reason to recommend Finch to anyone.

Loved to come shopping here today at Finch for my stay in Margaret River town.nI was recommended by a client of mine and the store has so many goodies.nnLove the nice customer service I have received in coming into the store today.nMy Rollie shoes are very comfortable and stylish.nI will enjoy my jumpers from Alessandra, nice and warm, colours are cool.nnMy white Ridley shirt I just love.nI’ll enjoy my Glasshouse candle tonight.nnI’ll get back in store on my visit.nThankyou for the experience in store.nnNicolenHanrahan Hair Subiaco

Shop assistant / owner is extremely rude!!!ICandles and other homewares and beauty products seem to have been sitting on shelf for a while!I will never shop here again and will not recommend to friends.

Beautiful homewares and great for unique gifts. Good clothing for the slightly older crowd. Pricier than Marigold, but serves an older demographic which is pretty much passed over in Margaret River. My second favourite shop here. Well worth a look.
