Pathetic online customer service. I bought a pair of shorts and after wearing them once or twice ( they haven’t gone through the wash more than twice) they ripped from seam to seam! I emailed cheep and have not received a reply, so I DM’d them on Instagram and it took them a while to reply and all I got was “ sorry your message must have slipped through! Can you please send the photos again I can’t see them.” I sent the pictures again almost straight away, the message said SEEN and I never received another reply. I messaged them again, knowing they have seen my messages and it says SEEN again but no reply. Just grow up and reply to my messages, all I want is a refund for $18 shorts or a replacement pair. (It’s not that hard!)

absolutely horrible. i was only in there for five minutes until i decided to leave because the music was so loud. a rude lady with shortish blonde hair came marching out of the store demanding to check my bag. i complied, and opened it, only for her to snatch out a red clip i had which i have had for years. she marched back into the shop with me following and she compared this clip i bought from my school to 20 other pairs. not only was she very rude and told me i had stole a single clip i had had for a few years, but she was getting in my face very close and very uncomfortably.nwill not come here again thanks.

The clothes are really great but they break and rip really easily. Most of the time the workers are quite rude and not willing to help.

Very friendly staff, decent clothes however would love to see more plus size as I’m a 12 and prefer baggy clothes and most can agree the size is kinda small also I feel the style has kinda gone down hill a little
