These girls were sooooooo good at helping me find clothes!! I went in just for a nosy and came out with four outfits. They helped me at the end of a day too with no complaints, changing sizes for me offering accessories. Just really amazing service! I feel I got great value for money too. Thanks guys! X
Great variety of casual and smart casual wear at Decjuba. The ladies here are always quite friendly and helpful.
The 2 new girls need training on how to deal with customers or even how to be polite to customers! Probably they never learned customers service before!! I walked in to change my pants they tried to blame me by saying I was wearing the item that I bought days ago they said no exchange they won't change and all the pants are the same,in my opinion if they are all the same they need to send them back to the manufacture, I don't want twisted pants for the money I paid ! I am still a regular customer and I deserve to be spoken to in a decent manner! The old staff were awesome it's a pity they are gone! I won't be shopping in the city store again!
