It is a small space but it holds everything you need.nThe young lady working at the counter (I have a bad memory, she did tell me her name) was amazing. As soon as I approached the door she had given me her full attention. I am a novice when it comes to skin care so I told her about my skin problems and she put together everything I need from lip care to face care to body care. I am so stunned by the service I received today. It wasn't dissimilar from the service I receive when staying at a 5 star hotel. From friendliness to cleanliness to aesthetic. She even walked me out of the store, I felt like a celebrityud83dude02 I had procrastinated so long in visiting the store and I really wish I had of stopped in sooner. PS. The products are awesome too.
I love this shop,very friendly and kindly staff:) The staff listens to my worries and offers what suits me. The scent of the shop is very good.
After explaining to the staff that I'd accidentally broken the pipette from my favourite serum, they took my details and said they'd send me a replacement. I received a call the next day from the store offering to replace the entire product. It's rare to find customer service of this level, where the employees genuinely care about your experience. Couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism and customer care.
Great service and despite not a super big store. Are well stocked.
