Came to Perth for a holiday, really looked forward to checking out this store. I was ready to drop some coin on a new wardrobe but I was so shocked and disappointed with how rude and un approachable the staff were! They acted like it was an inconvenience that my partner and I were there.nHopefully next time we check it out there’s someone working in there that likes people and realises that it’s customers money that keeps them in a job.
Lo-fi might be one of the worst shops in Australia when it comes to backdooring product. Personally would never shop here again after the way these clowns portray themselves on social media. Furthermore upon people winning a raffle, many received refunds as stock had been backdoored to friends. Unacceptable. Customer Service is also horrible. Took them days to decide on raffle winners, must be too busy backdooring all stock.

Asked for some shirts I saw on special online and was given multiple different sizes to try. I missed the lads name but really top stuff as I wasent sure. To top off the great customer service he chucked in stickers for my sister too!
