Was pretty apprehensive going into the store after reading how bad their customer service was but was pleasantly surprised. Innis was super helpful and very kind and provided great customer service. Security guard was also nice. We were lucky enough to get exactly what we wanted with the help of Innis and left super happy.
Chanel Perth store is hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced, but I have to say they have been consistent with their rude attitude throughout the years. They made me walk out every time and ended up with LV. Please do something about it because we love the brand. Such a shame. I would give 0 star if I have option.
Jelena has provided nothing but wonderful and kind service. I am based in Adelaide and have been purchasing via text. Shipping has been fast and well packaged. I will continue to only make my purchases with Jelena from now on.
