John Borbidge Surf Box

Highly personalised small group training from a well respected, experienced trainer. Do not go to John if you want easy sessions with state of the art machines, but do go if you want intensity, form correction, challenging free weight, kettle bell, body weight sessions. John is a compendium of training methods and because of the small group size able to analyse, teach correct movements and provide different levels of exercise difficulty. As a person in his 70s and still running ultramarathon distances he is an inspiration to train with.
