We are so happy with the laminate flooring we picked. The quality is fantastic as was the installation. It looks amazing. The price was great, so was the service. I would highly recommend OzWood to anyone. Great group of people.
One of my friends recommended OZwood so I walked in last month. They have a beautiful and clean display room with a wide range of products. Shirley was very professional and gave us useful advice as well as a very competitive price. I Strongly recommend this store for doing floorboards.
Very professional service and highly recommended. We are now pleased and enjoying our timber floor installed last week. Everyone (Shirley and Mr Wu ) we deal with are very helpful and responsive to all requests. Installation team have also done great job for a beautiful finish . Especially as emergency situation they have to organise another team to help to do installation. Job well Done! Special thanks to team lead John and Leo and team who performs top level of excellence. I had a good experience buying my floorboards from this store. I went to a few and OZWood was very helpful and have competitive pricing. I recommend this store for doing floorboards.
Had some minor hiccups at the start. But the manager took good care of me. The people that laid the hybrid tiles were nice and professional. They stayed longer just to make the job perfect. I am very happy I went to ozwood and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family
