Be aware of their doctors, one of them asked me to do a simple blood test which costed me around 400$ out of pocket as there were 13 different tests resulted from that blood test. Always make sure that your insurance covers the fee otherwise these doctors will put you in trouble!!

I was very worried about going there after reading the negative reviews, but needed to see a doctor who will also do bulk bill for international students asap. Dr.Haneen Abdullah and Dr.Alexander Ho are very nice. When I requested to do a blood test, Dr.Haneen also reminded me of checking with my insurance company first.nnThe nurse and the receptionists are also nice, but I'm not sure who was responsible for sending my information to the lab when doing the blood test. I was overcharged by $156 at first because the clinic didn't tell the lab that I am a full time student. I did resolve the issue myself by calling the lab, but it was also a waste of my time.

Most of the times there are only 2 doctors and so many people waiting. The ratio is way off and it is not fair for people to wait ridiculous amount of time for a 5 minute consult with the doctor.nThey used to have one of the best doctors but they left. So many empty rooms and filled chairs by patients.nPeople make appointments and wait at least 1 hour.nVery WRONG.nIf this does not change soon of course they will be hostile people at their centre.

Doctor too rude and unprofessional. I would rather die sick.

Good medical centre. Hit and miss depending on the skill level of the doctor you recieve. Open till late for emergencies.
