Good experience, helpful staff.
Very good service
Poor customer service in store and on the phone.nnSales staff do not have basic knowledge of the products they sell.nnPoor receptionist experience with ‘round robin’, and mysterious ‘hang ups’ etc.nnGood Guys at auburn lack a safe loading bay, I was left with no option but to load and secure my item with my vehicle parked on the footpath and me standing on the road at risk of getting knocked over.nnThe is technically a loading bay as part of the original development but this business has chosen to intentionally block access and use this area instead to store a large skip bin, forklift and electronic waste.nnI’m surprised they have been allowed to operate in this unsafe way.nnFirst and last time for me at this business.
Always get my electrical gear from good guys. They usually have the best prices and the staff always know what they're taking about.
