Have done my last 2 kitchens with paradise. Wessam and his team have been great from start to finish. Working to a budget, I was able to get an Amazing outcome for a great price without having to compromise on a custom finish to the standards I wanted. Great work and amazing outcome by their team.
Bought an LED kitchen tap. 5 days from installation, the LED ceased working. I contacted Paradise Kitchens and communicated with Carolyne via email who was very responsive and empathetic to my experience. I had booked in to speak with the distributers of the tap who were not very helpful so I contact Carolyne back and she was able to organise someone from the manufacturer to come to my house and fix the issue.nThis all feel during the Christmas/New Year break. Although it could not be fixed before the Christmas/New Year break, it was fixed as soon as everyone was back in the office and, I can say that the after sales service as well as the service provided when purchasing was impeccable - which I feel is very important for a business.nI would gladly and confidently recommend Paradise Kitchens to others. You do not get forgotten about.
