Disgraceful - purchased a spout but realised I didn't need it and so returned it UNOPENED in original packaging and original Australia Post packaging. They charged me a 20% restocking fee. Outrageous behaviour considering nothing was opened so nothing had to be inspected. Stay away from this business. There is no customer service.
