We really could not be happier or more impressed with our Fienza products or Mark who gave us a tour of the showroom and shared so much valuable product info and general bathroom reno information. We ordered the Fienza products through Beaumont Tiles but Mark also jumped in to help us facilitate a return when we ordered the wrong vanity. Highly recommend for anyone renovating a bathroom to check out the impressive Fienza range.

I note their Vision Statement says – ‘The brand Fienza will be synonymous with quality and style and an industry leader in customer service’ and on their website they promise to ‘never sacrifice people, product quality, integrity or service for the sake of profit.’nnPut to the test, they failed dismally. I recently renovated my bathrooms and purchased a Fienza matt black/white ceramic vanity. When unpacked, I discovered one of the doors was badly chipped. Given the chipped piece was not in the packaging and the nature of the chip itself suggests the damage was done before it was packed.nnIn breach of the Trade Practices Act, the retailer palmed me off to deal directly with Fienza and instead of living up to their promise – Fienza responded by saying they only allow 48hrs for any claims and “the only thing we can do is provide you with the part and cost to be able to reorder if you so wish.”nnIronically, at the bottom of their emails they ask, “How would you rate our service?” I wonder if anyone actually reads the responses? But I guess not.nnTheir products might be beautifully designed but when it comes to quality control and customer service it's a joke.

I purchased a vanity top and other items, all the staff were extremely helpful, fantastic service, very friendly, great products, my purchase was not worth a substantial amount but I was treated like I had spent a fortune there, I would definitely recommend Fienza , it is great to know there is still some personal service about.

I bought 2 x Fienza Empire BTW Suites through Beaumont Tiles as part of two bathroom renovations - one of Suites has performed satisfactorily - however, the other Suite was found upon installation to have a missing button rod - in addition, in less than 12 months the soft close toilet lid of the Suite failed - after less than 18 months the flexi hose started leaking - these three faults do not point to the Fienza Empire BTW Suite being a quality product - but don't expect any goodwill from Fienza - once the warranty period is over you are on your own - Fienza seems to be unaware, or just wishes to ignore, that irrespective of warranties, products and their components need to be of merchantable quality

Couldn't be happier with the customer service. No questions asked they replaced a toilet seat that was two months out of the warranty period after I explained it wasn't installed near the purchase date. This is after I got the runaround from the retailer.
