We were only after a few limestone tiles to patch an area, and of course we needed them yesterday. Michael and Karen went out of their way to help us. It was only a very small order and was difficult to match. Michael's knowledge was invaluable with finding the suitable tile. Really appreciated all their efforts. High recommend not only for their custom service but their range - its tile heaven.
We are just finishing a rebuild. It's our first and there are so many moving parts. One part that was super easy was the tiles. Surface Studio was the first tile shop we went to. They let us look freely but were there to answer any questions. We saw what we wanted pretty much first thing. We looked around at other places but came back to Surface. Every time we came in they would have our tiles ready and created pairings and options ahead of time for us. For one of the bathrooms our builder was pressuring us for time and Michael delivered our tiles personally the next day. Can't say enough.
