Wish I can give a zero star. Worst customers service I've ever experienced. Their sales rep Ash cancelled the first site visit last minute without any explanation. Then he cancelled the second time simply he couldn't find parking. Call the head office to complain, the manager told me to write the reviews on google, and 'make sure I don't swear' on google. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

The staff at the Drummoyne store were brilliant and professional, the designer was very open to alterations to the initial plans and very helpful. The guys that came to install did a good job overall but did damage the bedroom walls inside the wardrobe, this I did not notice until they had left. Would have liked them to show me and ask me if I wanted them to fix it or what did I want them to do? Now unfortunately, I have to deal with Head Office that will not return calls and one staff member was quite rude W hen I rang to ask when they were coming back after 3 weeks. When they did say they were coming, the guy didn’t turn up, I had to ring him to find that he was not coming. There is definitely no after sales care with this company. Very disappointed I have never had to write a negative review before.

I had a great customer experience with Betta Wardrobes & Shower Screens. From the moment I walked into their showroom looking for a new shower screen through to 7 days later fully installed, their service was friendly, extremely prompt, affordable and hassle free.nI highly recommend them!
