i absolutely love this store! My mum and i are regular customers, However, i will never be going back to the Dubbo store as the lady there is unbelievably unfriendly and flat out rude. She pretty much rolled her eyes at me because i wanted to return an item i had purchased the day before. The entire encounter was awkward and uncomfortable, i felt like id done something really bad. I purchased multiple items and returned 1.. She didn't even speak to me and it was so awkward the other nice young girl had to try and make small talk at the counter. Find a new job lady. Customer service is not your calling.
