I was so unsure which company to go with as there were many, but when I met Jack he was a pleasure to deal with and came back more than once when we asked for further measurements on additional windows, he was very patient with us. We have just had them installed and could not be happier, we are so please we went with EcoShade. The Installation process seemed flawless and Ryan was extremely tidy during the whole process. Quoting was quick and easy and payments were made easily. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience, thanks guys!

We are so happy with our shutters. The team was a pleasure to deal with and Ryan, our installer, was fantastic. He did a beautiful job installing the shutters in our townhouse. Efficient, friendly and professional. A great job all round !

I am so happy I chose ecoshade to purchase my plantation shutters from. Their service was 100% and their installer “Ryan” was 110% Ryan installed my shutters.and packed up all rubbish and removed it he left my place clean and tidy anyone wanting plantations shouldn’t go any further than Ecoshade for 10 out of 10 service and quality. The measurement process was fine, the installer messed us around, the shutters sag considerably when opened. Despite repeated requests for someone to come and review the installation for a rental property before the tenants moved in this never happened and when I copied the estate agent in who referred me to Ecoshade I was told they wouldn't come out until final payment made. Shutter quality is inferior to imported ones and much lighter that what we have from another supplier in our home. I note one of the other reviewers shared the same feedback.
