Stay clear of this place - they are good sellers but that's pretty much it and forget any 20 year of warrenty. My floor started to move after about 1 year and even though I was told it will get replaced I had to fix it myself. I also noticed a chip on the stairs which was attributed to the 'wear and tear' after a decorug person couldn't pass it as a water damage or as-manufactured condition - he certainly tried. Not to mention that I was ignored for months - certainly avoid the Bankstown office they don't reply to emails or calls. After months of calling them I was told that they are not going to do anything as I already fixed the moving floor problem and the chip on the stairs is 'wear and tear'. Just stay clear of Decorug.

First of all I want to thank Zak for such and amazing service he provided. I walked in to the shop with a vision in search of the perfect rug. Honestly if Zak did not approached me and helped me out I don’t think I would of picked the perfect rug for me. After the purchase I also enquired about the flooring. Again I explained what was in my head and what I have been searching for a while. He showed me the timber flooring and also gone through a look book with me. So I purchased the flooring and I am super excited that I have found everything I wanted at one place. Manager Andrew was also very welcoming too. Zac I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful service and most of all for helping me today. The rug looks amazing like a million bucks ! I can’t wait for my floors to be installed. I can’t believe that I have finally made a decision on flooring too. I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed :)

The staff member at the Caringbah store was quite helpful with choosing a carpet for our apartment. It was the first store we had gone into and we were just looking at quotes for the time being but were quoted $2,400 for 2 bedrooms (delivery/installation was a free promotion at the time -- taking the carpet away was also at an extra cost not included) which we thought was quite high as the carpet was nothing over the top. He did become quite pushy after we said we will be going to another store and was trying to make us put a deposit down. After looking around we found that he was definitely over charging us as we have found the exact same carpet elsewhere for half the price! Bit of a rip off.

Look for Andrew he's got good deals and don't waste time. I was in and out in about 10min and got the perfect rug. Thanks Andrew!nnEdit: Fast forward almost a month and the rug catches easily and clumps are forming. Maybe it isn't a very high end rug :(

I would not recommend getting carpet here based on our experience. The person who laid the carpet was great but we had a bad experience with Zak and Zane. After we paid the deposit on the quote they increased the price by about $600 and wouldn't refund us without keeping $200 of the deposit. I felt they tried to squeeze more money out of us after we had committed.
