Chris went above and beyond to help me and my partner choose the right blinds for our place. He was so enthusiastic and gave great advice. He is a massive asset to carpet call and would definitely shop again with carpet call based on his friendly service.

the guys down at Caringbah Carpet Call are fantastic. Recently purchased a rug that ended up being too small for the space. They swapped it for the bigger size no issues ordered it straight from the warehouse and even dropped it off to my apartment when I couldn't get down there to pick up the new rug.nFantastic deal and great customer service. Will definitely go back!

It all started so well. Prompt quote, good price, quality product and install date set. Unfortunately when the day of install came i had to change my plans due to sudden and unforseen circumstances. This was accommodated by Carpet Calls Head Office first thing the same morning. Later that afternoon of the same day i get a call from what i gather is a sub contractor of CC demanding $230 for changing the date and the inconvenience it has caused them. During this rambling call, the CC representative was agumentative and lacked any form of customer service skill or appreciation for my reasons for the sudden change of date. I am seriously considering cancelling the order now. I'm certainly not looking at giving CC any further business after this incident. Consumers beware!!!

Great service from Caringbah Rugs. My order was via phone and online with Manager Simon who went above and beyond to obtain my rug of choice and he also arranged prompt delivery. A shout-out to Raj too for assisting. Very happy.

Great customer service from Raj and the team. Pleasant to deal with - Service with a smile and extremely polite. They even helped me carry the large rug to the car. Very happy with my purchase, but enjoyed the offer to return if it didn't look / fit right.
