Purchased tea tree essential oil but when I went to use the oil realised it smelt nothing like tea tree. It also left a huge ring when the oil had dried on paper indicating that it is not an 'essential oil'

Unfortunately Lonimax was not the quality I had expected in a product that on their website, looks to be quite beautiful. I purchased 4 different diffuser reeds, and had to throw all four away. The smell was unbearable, like alcohol or nail polish remover, and there were white deposits stuck to the inside of the fragrance bottles, and floating in them, I've never seen this before (I buy many others from brands I've come to trust), I can only imagine this was a sign of the fragrance being off. Whilst not terribly clear, the attached photo provides some idea.nnIn addition, the candles wicks are not central, meaning an uneven burn, I wasn't so concerned about this, but worth a mention, and again, as many other brands get this right, why purchase from a company that doesn't?nnI did contact Lonimax via email and sent them the photos, however I didn't receive a reply, so buyer beware.

One star by default because zero is not possible. Bought a selection of five Lonimax candles online, fortunately at a discount. They were Lemongrass and Mimosa (X2), Cocunut and Lime, Green Tea and White Tea and Ginger. The wicks are all too thick and heavy and collapse into the wax when it melts (yes, even after trimming), the burn is uneven and there is absolutely ZERO scent during burning; not even the faintest whiff. I also bought the matching soaps, and again they are of very inferior quality. They feel very fatty and are obviously poorly milled, which means they disintegrate very quickly, even in a soap holder with a water-drainer. Again, no discernible fragrance in the soap either. Very poor quality; save your money.
