Professionalism, quality work and class! Thomas is extremely patient, we personally changed the design and colours about a 1000 times and Thomas patiently listened to us each time until we got to our dream kitchen /laundry and advised around how functional it would be for each thing we added and tried to always keeping the budget in mind..nnCliff our production manager made sure everything was delivered with care and quality, was best in- charge of the production and made sure that everything fitted in accurately keeping in mind exactly what we hoped for.nnThe whole Total kitchen's team were a very professional and friendly bunch. We owe our heartfelt gratitude to the whole team to make our kitchen our dream kitchen.nnHigh-fives guys, couldn't have asked for anything more. They are professional, responsible, honest, timely, friendly and patient with all my questions and requests and always provide us with quality solutions. When you talk to the team member, you know you can trust them and they will get the job done in a quality manner.nnI would especially like to thank John who was the site manager and every day when I hear “Good Morning Ryan” from John, I knew our kitchen will be beautifully crafted today and getting closer to the completion with no problem.nnAlso special thanks to Thomas who helped us design the kitchen and laundry room with our tricky requests and provide us with great ideas and suggestions, much appreciated!nnAlso big thanks to Cliff for listening to our questions and requests and providing quality solutions with no hesitation. Cliff & Thomas from Total Kitchens have provided great professional services to help me re-design my outdated kitchen. Thomas provided good realistic feedback during the design process and helped me achieve our desired outcome.nnThe cabinetry is great quality and the build+install process was fairly seamless, they took extra care working around my newly laid floors and home. Your employees and associate trades (sparky/plumber/rangehood-guy) were all very professional and prompt.nnI want to also shout out to John the project manager for being in contact with me often and updating me when there were minor delays. I was never left in the dark despite there being an issue or two during the manufacturing process.nnTK's recommended/associated trades were also clutch contacts and I would highly recommend, thank you for providing me with them, I would not have met my side of project deadlines without your contacts.nnMy primary feedback would be one bit:n- Some of the drawing / CAD plans had minor errors but were rectified on the spot during check measure.nnAttached to the review is a before and after.

The team at Total Kitchens go above and beyond all expectations. Having a commercial fitout business, the timeframes are tight and quality has to be of high standards. In the 4 years that I have been using TK, I have never had to worry about any of these factors. I will continue to use TK for many years to come.
