Called on September 1, 2020 for a quote – I supplied dimensions for 3 sliding double glazed windows. They took the details down and said they'd get back to me but no-one ever called back.nCalled again on September 15, 2020 chasing for an update on my quote but no-one picked up so I left a detailed message for them to call me back. No-one returned my call.nOn my final try I emailed them on October 8, 2020 outlining the above and asking if my request perhaps got lost. Asked if someone could please get in contact with me.nNever heard back. In my opinion customer service is quite poor so I'd be hesitant about their dedication to work.

I was a walk in customer in need of a massive stacker sliding door and windows for a outdoor shed office (man cave) on the spot. Even though they specialise in larger projects. David and Tommy helped me to find the right door to suit in-stock at a fantastic price. Very friendly guys. The quality is top notch, double glazed A grade ally frame. Delivered on the dot in agreed time for a time sticken project. I went and saw some local ebay sellers prior to finding Hi-style claiming to be the cheapest. Hi-style blew them away on price and especially quality. Highly recommend.
