Amir was extremely helpful and patient with me while I was undertaking my renovation. I had to push back floor installation a couple of times and he was extremely understanding. The end product looks really great and he kept me fully informed about any issues that popped up along the way given the age of my place. Very happy with the service, attention to detail and the final product.

We had new laminate floors installed in our hallway, kitchen, dining and games room. Ash and the team did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure our floors were installed before Christmas. We have had an extensive renovation over the past 10 months, the build taking longer then anticipated and because of that we had to push the flooring out on multiple occasions and it was never a problem. Ash and the team ensured we were looked after. Highly recommend, only flooring specialist I would use, excellent service, communication and beautiful floors. Thank you.

The team at Ace Timber Floors were very professional from providing advice for picking the right flooring, preparing the quote and for ensuring the job was done very well. They listened to feedback during the job to make a few small adjustments. Attention to detail was much appreciated! A job well done!

Ace was outstanding in their service and workmanship from start to finish. They were really patient with us when we were making decisions about which type floor we wanted to go with as we did lots of research and kept changing our mind. We also had a big deadline to hit and they were able to deliver it for us on time which was a huge plus and did not compromise on the installation, beautiful floors and we are so happy with how modern our house looks now!
