Tailored Construction Group provided a high quality service for a complex multi story renovation on an old building. Costs were reasonable and construction work was very good quality. Project management was very clear and communication very good. Sun-contractor management was good.

Jonathan and his team were fantastic. When we couldn’t find the bigger house we wanted we decided to renovate and were a bit nervous as some people we knew had experienced a hard time with renovations. We received a referral from a friend at my work and she had only wonderful things to say about Jonathan. We met and he took such keen interest in helping us which was really appreciated. We signed up and have never looked back.nnThe whole process went better than we expected and we love how everything was logged via online software along the way. Both my husband and I work and have a young family so appts in person were hard, but we could see everything online and made decisions along the way making it very easy to do when it was convenient for us. Our end result is a much bigger house that works for us and our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better builder. Thanks again Jonathan.

My family and I are very happy and satisfied with the job done. Jonathan, Steve, Sonia, Kim and the rest of TCG team were all very helpful, polite, professional and reliable from start to finish, when we had our house renovation last year. It was a stressful experience for us, but their advices and ideas made the whole renovation easier. They turned our old tired house into a beautiful and practical modern house, according to our taste and preference. We are very happy and thankful. Highly recommended company.

Jonanthan and the team were excellent to deal with. The communication about building needs, budget and time-frame was smooth, which can be rare in a major renovation. Originally, Tailored Construction Group completed a renovation of the kitchen and bathroom. When we were ready for further work a few years later, we engaged their services again. Professional from start to finish and I highly recommend them.
