If you want a new tv. Go see Carole her professional customer service and knowledge is second to none. She was extremely helpful getting me the correct TV for my requirements.
I was at good guys prospect to pick up the an order was shopping around found a watch on clearance WITHING for 69$ I was buying two because it was on clearance and found out that it was the put on wrong spot and When I asked about it I was been told customer moved the watches by one of the staff member but the shelf was locked which couldn't be moved without a key .I got them to call the manager on duty and manger said the customer moved the ticket. The whole shelf was with wrong price . It sound weird for me when the manager said customer moved the ticket instead of accepting they put the wronge product on shelf. There was two spot which was occupied with clearance label and both were locked. They were blaming customer for there mistake which was really bad. Please make sure do proper ticketing instead of blaming customer's.
Never disappoints with their customer service. Even prior to attending Blacktown Good guys were so helpful. Marsden Park were again rude when I called.
Worst Customer Service Ever - once you buy the product, you are done with no support and harsh responses. I bought Samsung frame tv, the price is reduced very next week with additional offer and the immediate response is very harsh from the sales person when asked to please consider. Goodguys not good, stay away please
