We purchased our floor from Carpet Call Prospect and we received the best service. They guys were very friendly, helpful, approachable and patient.nWe took in our colour swatches for a new kitchen and they allowed us to take a strip of the floor outside in the sunlight to make sure the colours were right and would not clash.nWe would highly recommend this store.

Massi is the guy to see. His ability to match colours to rooms and his creative prowess is second to none. Definitely recommend him for all your flooring needs.

Massi came to our house and advised us on the correct flooring we needed to cover our tiled floor. Very professional.nFloor was completed yesterday and couldn't be happier. Looks amazing. The men who installed the floor were a great team of men.nOur house now has a new look thanks to Massi and his team.nDefinately recommend Carpet Call, Prospect.

I was shocked after visiting this store in prospect. This guy Massi was so arrogant. It would have costed us less via carpetcall. However the only reason we did not go with them was having to deal with this person. Never have come across such a person in my entire life. Everytime I drive through prospect, it brings back this horrible memory of this rude conversation with this guy. Never ever will visit this store again.
