They are very nice until you do the deal, afterword's the tone gets changes.nI had to spend unnecessarily half a day for nothing, their conflict resolution strategy is worst. For the mistake of theirs , store manager literally shifted the blame on me, they were not even apologetic , I went there only because my builder suggested me them. Given an option I will never do the deal with them, go to any other franchise instead of this one. I regret that we bought our full house tiles from them.
Staff too busy at their desks to help. I was directed to visit their website for bathroom tiles. What's the point of having a showroom then? Just another store that will close down and blame 'covid'; not their inability to welcome and assist customers. Too bad.
Lovely place. Good selection of wall and floor tiles. I was given some great advice. Staff are very helpful. Very positive. Highly recommended.
