Today we had our Wood Effects Hybrid Floating Floor done and could not be happier, looks terrific and we were given an excellent price by Paul and great service. Raj was willing to negotiate on price and knew his product. As well as being friendly and personable, he dropped past a few days before install to double check the numbers I had given him and to bring the sample along to double check I was happy with the colour. The installer turned up this morning. He was on time, extremely polite and did a great job in replacing my theater lounge/home office carpet with the new one, including the high quality green underlay. Extremely happy. Highly recommended to all. These guys know their stuff.

Aryan Sinaein did an amazing job today while helping us buy 2 rugs. Never thought we would be able to complete our purchase so quickly. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and gives you an honest advice. The whole store was 50% off and has a lot of options to choose from. The rugs look so beautiful and have enhanced the look of my living areas.nnHighly recommend this place!!! Will always go back to them every time I want to buy rugs.

Aryan was very helpful today. He really helped us in terms of showing different varieties of rugs and explained the difference very well & was very patient.nWe went to buy 1 but ended up buying 2 rugs. Great customer service with great price. Highly recommended.
