Kid on counter was polite and courteous. Person who was doing work, he didn't even looked at the shoe properly, didn't explain what needs to be done. Price was given. I felt uncomfortable with his response. Never going back there. Great job done on shoe but customer service needs to improve.

Absolutely amazing! I came with a problem that my daughter's bracelet had been engraved poorly by another Mister Minit business. The wonderful team in Penrith Westfield's went above and beyond fixing and re engraving the bracelet for free! It looks so much better and my daughter loves it. Won't be going anywhere else from now on!

I know we have COVID but I would have expected better service. The issue is that my request to get insoles in my Rossi work boots but it was poorly accomplished. My boots were not even given a shine. In the past, this was part of the service and now this has been overlooked. My insoles were not even glue in and the clean-up inside the boots was not carried out as requested. We are all stretched for time but service is paramount and half-done jobs are not good enough - for the price I paid.

They were very knowledgeable and went that extra to help me.
