We are so lucky to know and to work with John. He has lots of experiences and gave us honest advice. He is very devoted to customers. I sent him an email on Sunday night, expected the following day he would get back to me. Surprisingly, I received his response just after half an hour! I couldn't believe it. He installed a kitchen bench top for us. He did it very quick and professionally. Not only me but also everyone in my family are very happy. His business is highly recommended!

I am amazed by the quality and level of service provided by John. He went the extra mile to solve a problem for us when there was no benefit at all to be had for him. He tracked down and provided samples of a granite that matched our existing stone notwithstanding everyone else's advise that we were wasting our time. Well done and thankyou.

Honestly blown away but the great experiance we had with The Stone Factory. I live in Wollongong and had the entire quote completed via email. I received exactly the look I was going for at the exceptionally discounted price (compared to other manufacturers). The countertop was installed and fit like a glove! So thrilled!!

I cannot recommend John and his team enough. We completed a marble reception desk and water fountain and marble tiling and the work was impeccable.nBest in the business.
