Truly disgusting experience with the manager of this store. Came in to get a refund on a faulty product and was met with a pathetic excuse for customer service. The man was rude, vulgar and disrespectful to us as long time customers. Don’t come here if you expect a positive experience.nThe other staff members were kind and understanding of the situation and did what they could to help me out.
