Helpful staff and great range. Most tiles have to be ordered in - which is like many tile stores. Good helpful advice.

May not have a big shiny showroom like Amber, Beaumont, etc... but they probably have an even bigger selection, at good prices.nStaff are very helpful too.

I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience. I considered BigA after receiving a referral from someone else and based on the positive google reviews. I first rang them and it seemed as though the customer service was good. Then i decided to go to the store (with a toddler and baby) to see what toilets they had available. I did have basic measurements and photos of our existing toilet. I was then told by the staff member that they could not help me unless i got a specific measurement that only a plumber could give us. So i managed to get this measurement. I was annoyed that i wasnt even shown any real options and i felt like it was a wasted trip especially with two kids with me. I then sent an email to the designated inbox with my enquiries (including whether toilets would fit some bidets) and was informed they could not help with this as they dont sell bidets and it would be our risk buying a toilet to fit any potential bidets. I was surprised with this response. I have now bought a toilet from another company whose service was much better and they took the time to look at the measurements with the caveat that they cannot guarantee fit which i totally understand. So overall unless you know exactly what you want i wouldn't even consider this company. BigA you lost our business due to your lack of customer service.
